Folk Away Weekend – Please note NO Folk Club this Friday, 14 July
Hi Everyone, We are in the middle of another lovely Folk Festival Season which offers such a diversity of song, music, dance, poetry and more – a wide range of entertainment, and the opportunity to meet up with old and new friends/acquaintances. Camping and daily tickets are usually available – check out individual folk festival sites (details below). Would be great to see you along the way!
Reminder this weekend there is a lovely friendly festival on called Folk on the Farm at Tyddyn Mon Farm, Anglesey. From Thursday, 13 July (Folk Evening 7 pm start) until Sunday, 16 July 2017. Check out their website for full details – www.tyddynmon.co.uk. Due to a good number going from the Club it is been decided for it to be a ‘Folk Away Weekend’ hence NO FOLK CLUB THIS FRIDAY, 14 JULY. Would be great if you could join a group of us there. Don’t miss the opportunity to attend the launch of The Dick, Tom and Harry Band cd in the cafe over the weekend. See their website for detail.
